Description:

The distribution center Fulfillment Specialist should be able to operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks

The time slot for 3rd Shift is set from 5am to 5:30pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, making it a weekend duty for employees.

The primary objective of our distribution centers is to ensure timely delivery of products to our pet parents.

Full-time Fulfillment

Multiple shifts, including day, night and weekend, are available for full-time associates to join our team. We provide four 10-hour weekday shifts or three 12-hour weekend shifts options for scheduling. Shift differential pay may apply, and schedules may vary depending on location.

What you'll do:

As a member of the distribution center, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse range of positions throughout our storage facility:

• The first task of a Picker & Packer is to select store specific products from their respective modules and pack them into totes. This process is done to ensure timely, efficient and accurate deliveries
• The role of a stocker and cherry picker is to accurately place handpicked items in the correct docking areas or storage modules
• The receiver and unloader's responsibility includes ensuring that all products are in their designated locations, enabling quick and efficient restocking
• The primary goal of a loader is to load trailers with precision for optimum utilization of space

In accordance with our observation that associates learn and develop the most during their initial 24 months of service, we have instituted a salary plan with seven stages. Moving and Grooving:

Our dynamic distribution centers require a lot of movement. Please take into consideration the following physical requirements, in addition to the tasks outlined above:

• The capability to curve, rotate, elongate, thrust, pull, hold, and elevate items that weigh anywhere between 50 and 75 lbs.
• Skilled in being able to stay upright for a prolonged period without discomfort
• Knowledgeable in the operation of powered industrial equipment, particularly walkies, reach trucks, and stand ups, with a strong emphasis on training and safety compliance
• Managing tasks in various cold temperatures is crucial for occupations that require manual dexterity and attention to detail
