Senior Retail Sales Associate (Full-Time)

Job Summary

Provides customer-focused retail service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring sales growth through exceptional service and in-depth product knowledge. Responsible for completing daily tasks in alignment with company procedures and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by exceeding expectations
• Complete assigned store tasks promptly during scheduled shifts
• Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling protocols
• Adhere to company policies and loss prevention practices
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, including proper use of PPE
• Ensure merchandise is restocked and displayed properly
• Assist customers in locating products and suitable alternatives using store systems
• Stay updated on product knowledge and current promotions
• Support minor automotive installations including wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs
• Utilize diagnostic tools to assist customers and recommend solutions
• Communicate customer concerns and team matters with management
• Provide honest, trustworthy advice to meet customer expectations

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
