MANAGER TRAINEE

Job Summary

This transitional role prepares individuals for Retail or Commercial Store Management positions through structured work assignments and leadership training. Progression into management may occur within 8–12 weeks based on prior experience and individual performance.

Responsibilities

• Support overall store operations including retail and commercial performance
• Provide leadership and coaching to store team members
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company service standards
• Assist in employee staffing, training, and development efforts
• Analyze and reconcile monthly profit and loss statements
• Oversee inventory control and merchandise management
• Participate in training programs covering operations, leadership, and company culture
• Demonstrate consistent growth and progress within the MIT program

Qualifications and Experience

• 1–2 years of experience as a retail manager or supervisor
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required
• Automotive and financial analysis experience preferred but not required

Salary

USD $16.50 – $21.58 per hour
