Job Description:

Maintain manufacturing efficiencies while delivering a product in a safe and clean environment. Your role will include batching and mixing liquids planning and coordinating equipment and facility requirements to meet both short-term and long-term scheduling objectives. You will aim to improve the profitability by enhancing the output and efficiency of the batch, following GMP procedures in compliance with government and corporate regulations, and ensuring strict adherence to SOP’s. Additionally, you will be responsible for following the set schedule to meet timelines, manufacturing pilot batches, and participating in troubleshooting problem batches.

Responsibilites:

  • You will be performing and assisting with a variety of different duties involved with setting and finishing concrete structures
  • Read construction plans and drawings to determine how to complete the job
  • Finish top surfaces of concrete using hand and power tools
  • Position concrete trucks to be poured where it's needed
  • Set forms to control where concrete is being poured and help spread the concrete as it's being poured
  • Patch and repair concrete, inspect, fix imperfections, and replace damaged area.
  • Follow safety procedures diligently
  • Able to interpret blueprints, specifications, and other project documents
  • Able to perform manual construction work and equipment operations
  • Sound integrity and professional ethics

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 490 Hour(s).

Work Environment:

Straight shifts with initial training on Day shift for the first 2-4 weeks. Required to wear lab coat (provided), long pants, mask, and steel-toed shoes. Temperature-controlled environment that is very clean and organized. Occasional exposure to water and fragrant smells from chemicals during the cleaning and mixing processes.
