As the Order Fulfillment Supervisor for Inventory and Receiving, you will lead and manage a team of 3-5 people, playing a critical role in inventory control. Collaboration between the purchasing and accounting departments is necessary.

This position as Order Fulfillment Supervisor for Ecommerce/Pick & Pack involves managing a team of up to 10 members and ensuring that the required ecommerce service level standards are met daily, with frequent collaboration with our marketing and customer care teams.

The Wholesale Distribution Order Fulfillment Supervisor position (40 hours per week) plays an instrumental role in maintaining service level standards for our wholesale business. You will manage a team of 3-5 employees and work closely with purchasing, accounting, and other external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering service levels in their area, the individual must oversee team creation and daily administration, with an emphasis on safety excellence
• In charge of evaluating the job performance of employees who report directly to them
• Actively engage in training and development opportunities to gain knowledge and skills necessary to promote and support the company's sustainability goals

Required Qualifications:

• With direct experience in the field of 5+ years and 2+ years of management experience, the candidate has demonstrated extensive knowledge and leadership skills.
• A minimum requirement for this position is an Associate Degree or higher.
• One of the prerequisites for being a preferred Order Fulfillment Supervisor is proficiency in computers
• Implementing a focused approach towards completing tasks, holding a track record of consistent attendance, and facilitating a cooperative work environment all reflect an unwavering commitment to work, dependable attendance, and a mindset that prioritizes teamwork
• Ability to transport items weighing up to 70lbs.

This role offers a pay range of $15.88 to $19.62 per hour, with the specific amount being dependent on the employee's level of expertise and position in the company
