PetSmart Sales Associates have the unique opportunity to help families with their pets. As a trusted advisor, you'll guide them on every aspect of their pet's life, whether it is food, health care, or grooming, ensuring the best possible solutions and services are provided.

About our teams:

Our PetSmart location is extensive, and to optimize operational efficiency, we require proper deployment of our workforce. We have available shifts that range from early morning to evening hours, and this cross-trains our sales associates in different areas:

• As a customer service expert, your primary objective will be to attend to the needs of pet owners. You'll strive to ensure that they can easily locate the products they're looking for and leave with all their pet-care requirements met.
• Interacting with pet owners, you'll assist them in choosing the best care solutions tailored specifically to their pets.
• As part of our team, you will be responsible for executing on effective merchandising, stocking, and pricing methods to meet the unique demands of our customers.

• Gain a deeper understanding of the company's operations by working in various business units such as the store, the Pets Hotel, and the salon
• Another way to develop your leadership skills is to seek feedback from your team and colleagues. This will help you identify your strengths and weaknesses and allow you to work on areas that need improvement
• Coping with the Challenges of a New Store Launch
• Transferring to any one of our 1600 stores located all over the country is a quick and easy process
