Store Production Team Member

Job Summary

As a Store Production Team Member at Savers/Value Village, you will help create an outstanding experience for customers, donors, and fellow team members. We are hiring both Full Time and Part Time team members to support the production process and ensure a smooth operation in our stores. Your work will contribute to our mission of reusing gently-used items and supporting local communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sorting, tagging, and pricing merchandise to prepare for the sales floor.
• Ensure the warehouse and store are clean, organized, and well-stocked with merchandise.
• Collaborate with the team to meet store production goals and maintain safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with donations and product inquiries.
• Support the team in all store operations, ensuring an efficient and positive work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or similar environment is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• $14.21 = Clothing Sorter/Hanger, Hardware Sorter
• $14.42 = Bed & Bath, Books, CDC Ambassador, Furniture, Jewelry, Recycler, Shoes
• $14.76 = Clothing Grader, Hardware Pricer, Material Handler
