Job Title:Lead Electrician
• Need someone with strong conduit experience AND leading crews/teams.
• EE98J is preferred, but not required.
• Need someone who can motivate and run crews to hit productivity Skills
• Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience in related technical field and demonstrate the ability to supervise others.
• Must have proven skill level to interpret project documents, including but not limited to, specifications, reporting and quality requirements.
• Must know the universal communications color codes.
• Proficiency in using hand tools like cable cutters, hammers, drills, and compression tools
• Attention to detail
• Safety-conscious
• Team player
Work Environment
The work environment involves new construction work. The candidate may be required to work indoors or outdoors, on ladders or lifts, or on the ground. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with 10-hour days from 6am-4:30pm, and every other Saturday with an 8 or 10-hour day.
