Qualifications and Skills:

• Successful applicants must have completed their High School Diploma or achieved a GED.
• One of the requirements for the position is the possession of previous management experience in operating a restaurant for one to two years
• Proficient in forecasting and budgeting for restaurant operations, with a sharp focus on maximizing profits
• Successful prioritization of personal and team tasks is key to meeting set objectives and deadlines
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• The individual possesses the skill to anticipate the needs of guests even before they arise, ensuring that all requirements are met and exceeded to guarantee guest satisfaction
• The position requires working non-traditional hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• The restaurant is looking for staff members who can work lengthy or fluctuating shifts to ensure maximum productivity

Responsibilities:

• PROFITABILITY
• Assumes full responsibility for the restaurant's P&L and takes a proactive approach to managing it towards the targeted financial outcomes
• Reviews essential P&L statistics to determine the most profitable course of action for the restaurant
• By proactively engaging customers, investing in employee growth, and efficiently managing operations, this business enjoys increased sales and revenue

GUEST

• Uplifts and guides team members to surpass customer expectations by offering accurate, welcoming, and expeditious service in a spick-and-span facility
• In the hospitality industry, managing the guest experience is paramount, and this requires seamless operations and timely resolution of any guest concerns
• Effective guest feedback analysis is essential for businesses to ascertain the root causes of guest problems and create action plans to resolve these issues
• Collaborates with the local community to create impactful marketing initiatives that drive engagement and revenue

PEOPLE

• Ensures the restaurant has a fruitful recruitment and selection process to attract experienced candidates and retain top-performing employees
• Facilitates the on-boarding of new team members by guiding them through the certification process
• Inspires the restaurant team by proficiently managing individual and team recognition efforts
• Attain improved restaurant performance by training and mentoring the team members, shift coordinators, and assistant managers through coaching and constructive feedback

OPERATIONS:

• Utilizes an optimal skill set of Managers and Team Members through strategic scheduling to achieve efficient restaurant labor management
• Upholds compliance with government mandates, labor statutes, and regulations set by BKC
• Takes responsibility for ensuring that the restaurant meets its operational and branding guidelines to deliver exceptional experiences to customers
• Steps in as Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator as needed
