You Will:
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including:
- Meeting with hiring managers to discern their needs
- Sourcing qualified STEM professionals via diverse recruiting tools
- Screening potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, aligning their goals, skills, and interests with opportunities
- Communicating work prospects and preparing consultants for new roles
- Conducting critical relationship-building activities, coaching consultants for interviews, ensuring their smooth onboarding, and maintaining engagement throughout their tenure to secure satisfaction
- Cultivate and manage a network of consultants aligned with top industry-specific skills
- Forge trusted relationships with STEM professionals, positioning as a partner in their career advancement

Our Qualifiers:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales advantageous
