Job decription:

Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state, and corporate standards, guidelines, and regulations using established policies and procedures. Ensures that quality food service is consistently provided.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares them for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, adherence to established standards, appropriate temperature, and taste.
• Uses established procedures for ticket collection during service.
• Cleans the kitchen thoroughly after preparation and service, maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Stores or disposes of excess food following safe food-handling procedures.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized, ensuring correct storage of food and supplies.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as per instructions.
