Responsibilities:

  • Empower your team to take ownership of customer issues and find creative solutions to exceed expectations
  • Facilitate managers in attracting and selecting new candidates
  • Instruct and guide employees to demonstrate proficiency in all customer service and operation procedures
  • Verify that corporate regulations, store operable criteria, and procedures are reliably communicated and adhered to in a uniform manner
  • Stay current with the latest Starbucks standards and provide training to the team as necessary
  • Abiding by health, safety, and sanitation guidelines is crucial for the safety of consumers using the products
  • It is important to follow the Duty Rosters to manage time and ensure all cleaning and operational tasks are completed daily
  • Stay up-to-date with product trends and sales patterns to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of kiosk staff schedules to meet the needs of the store and business
  • Verify that all cash responsibilities and register operations are executed accurately and in a consistent manner
  • Ascertain that the specified materials, supplies, and merchandise are acquired and stocked appropriately to meet customer needs
  • Careful attention should also be paid to the presentation of the product information, with any technical terms or operational information being broken down in an easy-to-understand manner

Qualifications:

MINIMUM

  • The basic requirements for this role include a high school diploma or GED, plus one to two years of experience in customer service and six months of experience in a management position. Candidates who possess a combination of education and experience that is deemed acceptable may also be considered.
  • To participate in certain activities, individuals must be at least 18 years old, or 19 in the state of Idaho
  • Being able to pass a drug test is a prerequisite for individuals who wish to foster a professional career and work in fields that value fitness for duty, such as the military or law enforcement
  • Proficiency to keep up with the brisk nature of a work environment
  • The capacity to work on weekends in a recurring manner including the ability to work any available shift
  • Accuracy/attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritize tasks based on their level of importance is a valuable time-management skill
  • Barista certification
  • To operate within the parameters of federal and state laws, it is essential for businesses to acquire all necessary licenses and certificates
