Job Description:

Burger King Billing Clerk are the face of the restaurant and have the responsibility of ensuring that customers receive quick and courteous service while they check out.

Responsibilities:

Acknowledge the presence of customers upon arrival with a friendly greeting and bid them farewell with a sincere goodbye.
Control monetary transactions with customers through the use of cash registers.
The cashier's job involves verifying the prices of the merchandise, scanning them, accepting payments, and returning the correct amount of change.
Procure proof of payment, returns, reservations, and cash balance alterations.
Provide customer support by addressing their concerns, guiding them through the resolution process, and ensuring that they receive relevant assistance.
It is essential to ensure that the checkout counters are neat and tidy at all times.
Monitor financial transactions on balance sheets and notify authorities of any discrepancies.

Qualifications:

Previous work history as a Retail Cashier or equivalent in a customer-facing role.
Basic PC knowledge.
Well-versed in the usage of digital equipment, including POS machines and cash registers.
Good math skills.
A strong grasp of communication and time management techniques increases corporate productivity.
Customer satisfactionoriented.
The attainment of a high school degree or comparable education is necessary.
