The schedule for the 3rd Shift involves being on duty from 5am to 5:30pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, totaling 36 consecutive hours of work.

Full-time Fulfillment

Full-time associates are now being recruited for various shifts, including weekends, day and night shifts. Four 10-hour weekday shifts or three 12-hour weekend shifts can be chosen by employees. There might be a difference in schedules among different locations, which could involve shift differential pay.

What you'll do:

• The Pick & Pack team is mainly responsible for picking store-specific products from inventory systems, packing bulk items onto pallets and transporting them to designated storage areas using fully automated Warehouse Management Systems
• To accomplish the task, the stocker and cherry picker carefully choose and store the products in their proper modules or reserve docking locations
• Designed to maximize productivity and minimize errors, the receiver and unloader position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills
• Efficient loading of trailers is essential to maximize capacity and is a key responsibility of a loader

Moving and Grooving:

In order to keep up with our fast-paced distribution centers, being mobile is crucial. Please keep in mind the subsequent physical demands in addition to the aforementioned duties:

• Possessing the ability to flex, twist, stretch, shove, pull, grip, and transport goods that weigh up to 50 to 75 lbs.
• Equipped with the physical aptitude to comfortably stand and walk for 12 hours
• Competent in handling powered industrial equipment such as Walkies, reach trucks, and stand ups, having received complete training and attention to safety regulations
• Successfully navigating through different temperature variations is key for workers who need to maintain productivity and motivation
