Job Summary:

Cashiers at Burger King are the face of the restaurant and are responsible for ensuring that customers receive an efficient and courteous service at the checkout counter.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers entering and leaving the business.
Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
Scan items, ensure that prices are correct, receive payments, and provide change.
Issue receipts, refunds, tickets, and change.
Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in customer service.
Basic PC knowledge.
Familiar with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS.
Good math skills.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Customer satisfactionoriented.
High school degree or equivalent.
