Retail Manager

Job Summary:

Savers / Value Village is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee store operations, support either customer service or backroom product flow functions, and ensure a positive shopping experience. This role involves leading teams, driving performance, and maintaining store efficiency.

Roles and Duties:

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee either front-end service operations or backroom production and product flow.
• Supervise and support team members to meet performance and operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, and sales performance.
• Provide training and coaching to develop team members.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Minimum Required Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in retail or a similar environment preferred.
• Experience managing teams and meeting operational goals.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the store.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
